The Paprika Ball, The Cleveland Hungarian Development Panel’s annual fundraiser, will be held on March 1st, 2014 in Cleveland, OH.

The Cleveland Hungarian Development Panel (CHDP) is a non-profit organization of dedicated volunteers who recognize the need to promote and support educational and cultural ties between Americans and Hungarians.  The mission of the CHDP is to provide assistance and the exchange of ideas for Hungarian projects in the areas of commerce, education, health and human services.  Funds for the work of the CHDP are based primarily on the annual Paprika Ball and private donations.

The Cleveland Hungarian Development Panel’s President, Elizabeth Papp Taylor, writes that from 1990 until July 2013 “the Panel has given over $1,000,000 in assistance and helped promote the exchange of ideas for Hungarian projects in the areas of commerce, education, and health and human services.” Taylor also noted the 2013 Paprika event honoring the Cleveland Orchestra was the third most successful in 23 years. The event raised a net profit of $62,517.57. This year, they need your help to make Paprika even more successful!
